Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Orange juice - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/3 cup
Sprinklers - 1/4 cup
Butter Cream frosting - 1 cup
Sprinklers - 1/4 cup
Butter Cream frosting - 1 cup
Method:
- In a bowl add oil, powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add in orange juice and vanilla esc and mix well.
- Add in curd and mix well.
- Now add in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Fold all ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer this to a lined cupcake mould.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) 180°C for 12-15 mins.
Note:
- I frosted the cupcake with butter cream frosting.
- Made swril patterns and topped it with sprinklers.
