Ingredients:
Vaendakaai - 15
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Kadala Maav - 2 tbsp
Arisi Maav (Rice flour) - 1 tsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- First thin slice the bhindi and set aside.
- In a bowl add these, chilly poweder, rice flour and kadala maav and mix well.
- Add salt to this and mix well.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these.
- Crispy and yummy vaendakaai/okra/bhindi fry is ready.
