Ingredients:
Unsalted butter - 230 g
White Chocolate - 150 g
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 3 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 tbsp
Method:
Unsalted butter - 230 g

Method:
- In a bowl, add in unsalted butter.
- Beat till creamy and pale.
- Now using double boiler method, melt the chocolate and set aside.
- To the butter mix add in esc, sugar (add in parts) and beat well.
- Now add in the melted choclate and mix well.
- If frosting is too thick add in milk accordingly.
- This frosting will be enough to cover and 8 inch cake.
