White Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter - 230 g
White Chocolate - 150 g
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 3 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl, add in unsalted butter.
  • Beat till creamy and pale.
  • Now using double boiler method, melt the chocolate and set aside.
  • To the butter mix add in esc, sugar (add in parts) and beat well.
  • Now add in the melted choclate and mix well.
  • If frosting is too thick add in milk accordingly.
  • This frosting will be enough to cover and 8 inch cake.
