Ingredients:
For Fry:
Oats - 1 1/2 cup or 150 g
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green Capsicum - 2 tbsp (fine chop)
Green Chilly - 2 (fine chop) or Red Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Carrot - 1 (medium size, fine chop)
Cabbage - 4 tbsp (fine chop)
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 2 tbsp + As reqd
Salt, Oil - As reqd
For Sauce:
Onion - 1 (diced)
Garlic - 2 (fine chop)
Capsicum - 1 (small size,diced)
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Water - As reqd
Method:
- In a bowl add oats, onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Add in capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
- Add in required salt and add pepper powder.
- Add chilly powder and mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Water will be absorbed, if it is dry add water accordingly.
- Now set this aside for 5 mins.
- After desired time, make small balls out of it.
- Refrigerated for 5-10 mins.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these balls.
- Now heat oil in pan and add in fine chopped garlic.
- Saute this add in diced onion and saute.
- Add in diced capsicum and mix well.
- Add in sauces and mix well.
- Add in little water and let it boil.
- Add in fried oats balls and mix well.
- Let it boil for 2-3 mins.
- Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
