Gulkhand Milkshake

Ingredients:

Boiled & Chilled Milk - 1 1/2 Cup
Gulkhand - 2 tbsp
Rose Syrup- 1 tsp
Dried Pineapple - 2
Glazed Cherries - 3

Method:

  • In a blender add milk and gulkhand and belnd well.
  • If you have rose syrup add it while blending.
  • Now transfer this to serving glass.
  • Decorate to your choice.
  • I used dried pineapple and glazed cherry.

Note:

  • You can add a scoop of icecream while blending.
  • You can also use nuts to garnish the milkshake.
  • I didn't have essence at home so didn't use .
  • Adding esc gives a rose color to the milkshake with added flavour.
