Ingredients:
Egg - 4
Onion - 1 1/2 (fine chop)
Tomato - 2 (puree)
Green Chilly - 2 (Deseed & fine chop)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Fennel powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - a small piece
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
Egg - 4

Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add cinnamon stick and curry leaves.
- Now add onion and saute for a while.
- Add in gereen chillies and saute for a while.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
- Add in tomato puree and mix well.
- Cook in low flame till raw smell goes.
- Now add the spice powders and salts and mix well.
- In a bowl break eggs and whisk well.
- Heat a pan and add little oil.
- Pour in whisked egg and keep stirring.
- Collect the scrambled eggs in a plate.
- Add this to the pan with masala.
- Mix well till eggs and masala are blended nicely.
- Sprinkle little pepper powder and mix well.
- Add in oil and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
- I served it with coconut milk rice.
