Cookie Cream Cupcakes

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 85 g (melted)
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1 or Condensed milk - 1/4 cup or Banana - 1/2 (medium)
Vanilla esc - 3/4 tsp
Chocochips - 3/4 cup

Filling:
Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/8 cup
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp

Method:
  • In a bowl add flour, salt, baking soda and mix well.
  • In other bowl add melted butter, brown sugar and sugar.
  • Cream this well.
  • Now add condensed milk and whisk well.
  • Add in vanilla esc and mix well.
  • Now add the dry ingredients and fold well.
  • Finally add the chocochips and make a dough.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  • In the meantime, prepare the filling.
  • Now grease the muffin pan with butter(be generous).
  • Now take a tbsp of dough and place in a muffin case.
  • Spread it fully like a cup.
  • Now place a tbsp of filling.
  • Now take a small portion of dough and flatten it.
  • Place this on top of filling and seal the cup.
  • Repeat the same with remaining dough.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven at 190 for 16-18 mins.
  • Yields 5 cookie cream cup cakes.
