Ingredients:
White Sesamae Seeds - 5-6 tbsp
Dry Red Chilly - 2
Temper - mustard, cumin, urad dhal and curry leaves.
Salt, oil - As reqd.
Rice - 1 cup (boiled)
Method:

Method:
- Dry roast all the ingredients(other than tempering items) and store this powder.
- Add a spoon of this to rice and mix well.
- Heat oil and add tempering items.
- Add this to rice mixture and mix well.
