Vanilla Cup Cakes








Ingredients:

  Sweetened butter -1/2 cup 
  Maida - 1 1/2 cup
  Powdered sugar- 1 cup
  Egg - 2
  Baking powder- 1/2 tbsp
  Vanilla extract / vanilla essc - 2 tbsp
  Cold milk - 2/3 cups 

Frosting:
  Sprinklers - 5 spoons
  Icing sugar - 200 gms
  Sweetned butter - 140 gms
  Milk - 1 to 2 tbsp
  Food color - Of our choice
  Icing bag, nossil (of our choice) 

Method for cup cakes:
  • Mix all and fill in cup cake mould (I used silicon based mould).
  • Preheat oven for 180 degree and bake for 8 to 12 mins.

Method for frosting:
  • Mix icing sugar, buter and milk.
  • Put this in icing bag
  • And squeeze on top of cup cakes. Then add sprinklers

This yields 21 cup cakes.
