Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1 1/2
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt, Water and Oil - As reqd
Marination:
Chickem - 250gms
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Corriander powder - 1 tbsp
Lime juice - 1tbsp
Salt - Add acc as we add in gravy too.
Temper :
Onion - 1/2 (diced)
Tomato - 1/2 (diced)
Capsicum - 1/2(diced)
Dry Red Chilly - 2
Kadaai Masala:
Coriander Seeds-2 tbsp
Pepper corns - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Dry Red Chilly - 3 -4
Cinnamon stick - small piece
Method :
- Dry roast the items under kadaai masala and grind with water and keep aside.
- Heat oil and saute items and under temper and keep aside.
- Marinate chicken with listed items and set aside.
- Now grind onion and tomato.
- Heat oil and add this tomato and onion puree.
- Then add kadaai powder, salt.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and then chicken pieces, garam masala.
- Garnish with corriander leaves and items under temper.
