Ingredients:
Groundnuts - Fried (without salt- to ) 1 cup
Dry Red Chilli - 4Tamrind - Small Piece(cherry size)
Salt, Water - As Reqd
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry groundnuts and keep aside.
- Then fry chillies.
- Add groundnut, chillies, salt, tamrind in jar, reqd water and grind it.
- Groundnut chutney ready. Goes good with dosa and idly.
If needed you can temper it with mustard seeds.
