Ingredients:
Garlic pods - 10-15(peel the skin)
Dry Red chilly - 4 -5
Tamrind - Small piece(cherry Size)
Curry Leaves - Handfull
Salt, Oil, Water- As reqd.
Temper - Mustard, cumin seeds.
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients.
- Heat oil and add items in temper.
- Add this to grinded one.
- Meeram is ready and stays good for long time.
