Kadaai Paneer


Ingredients:

  Paneer - As reqd 
  Onion  - 1 
  Tomato - 1 1/2
  Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
  Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  Lime juice - 1tbsp
  Garam Masal - 1 tsp
  Salt, Water and Oil - As reqd

Temper :
  Onion - 1/2 (diced)
  Tomato - 1/2 (diced)
  Capsicum - 1/2(diced)
  Red Chilly - 2

Kadaai Masala:

Coriander Seeds-2 tbsp
Pepper corns - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilly - 3 -4 
Cinnamon stick - small piece

Method :


  • Dry roast the items under kadaai masala and grind with water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and saute items and under temper and keep aside.
  • Again heat oil fry paneer and put in luke water water,
  • Now grind onion and tomato.
  • Heat oil and add this tomato and onion puree.
  • Then add kadaai powder, salt.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water and then paneer pieces. 
  • Add turmeric, garam masala.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves and items under temper.
