Rasam Thool / Powder



Ingredients:

Dry Red Chilly - 20 
Coriander seeds - 2 cups / 80 g
Pepper corns - 1 cup / 70 g
Cumin Seeds - 1 cup / 60 g
Thoor dhal - 1/4 cup /
Turmeric powder - pinch

Method:
  • Dry roast the above ingredients.
  • Let it cool and then grind and store.
