Coconut Thuvayal #1


Ingredients:

Coconut - 1/2 cup
Dry Red chilly - 2-3
Urad dhal - 1 tbsp.
Tamrind - small piece(cherry size)
Ginger - small piece
Salt - to taste
Oil - For temper
Temper - mustard, cumin, curry leaves.

Method:
  • Dry roast red chilly, urad dhal.
  • Grind all ingredients to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil and add tempering items,
  • Add it to grinded paste.
  • Goes good with rice, idly, dosa , milagu upma and avvusu.
