Ingredients:
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Dry Red chilly - 2-3
Urad dhal - 1 tbsp.
Tamrind - small piece(cherry size)
Ginger - small piece
Salt - to taste
Oil - For temper
Temper - mustard, cumin, curry leaves.
Method:
- Dry roast red chilly, urad dhal.
- Grind all ingredients to a fine paste.
- Heat oil and add tempering items,
- Add it to grinded paste.
- Goes good with rice, idly, dosa , milagu upma and avvusu.
