Coconut Chutney


Ingredients:

Coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chilly - 2 No
PottuKadalai(Roasted gram) - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - as reqd
Oil - 1 tbsp
Temper -  Mustard, cumin seeds, urad dhal, curry leaves.

Method:
  • Grind all ingredients by adding reqd water.
  • Heat oil and add items under temper.
  • Add this to chutney.
  • You can also add coriander leaves while grinding.
