Ingredients:
Bindi - 8-10 (slit it length wise)
Mango Pickle - 1
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Curd - 1 tbsp
Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.
- Once it splutters add curry leaves and fine chopped onion.
- Now add bindi and saute.
- Add curd and saute.
- Cook in low flame till bindi looses its stickiness.
- Now add pickle and cook in low flame for few mins.
Note:
- As pickle has salt, check and add accordingly.
- You can do without onion too.
