Ingredients:
Snakegourd - 2 no.
Channa Dhal - 1 tbsp
Salt,Water, Oil - As reqd.
Onion - 1
Garlic pods - 6-8
Green Chilly - 3-4
Temper - Mustard, Urad Dal
Method:
- Clean podalangai, mix it with little salt & keep it aside.
- Pressure cook some channa dal.
- In a pan add oil, mustard, urad dhal, few garlic, onions, green chillies.
- Now add the podalangai after squeezing it nicely.
- Add the cooked dal along with water, put a lid & cook till the veg become soft.
- And fry it nicely so that it becomes dry done.
