Snakegourd Recipe #2

Ingredients:
  
  Snakegourd - 2 no.
  Channa Dhal - 1 tbsp 
  Salt,Water, Oil - As reqd.
  Onion - 1 
  Garlic pods - 6-8
  Green Chilly - 3-4
  Temper - Mustard, Urad Dal

Method: 
  • Clean podalangai, mix it with little salt & keep it aside.
  • Pressure cook some channa dal.
  • In a pan add oil, mustard, urad dhal, few garlic, onions, green chillies.
  • Now add the podalangai after squeezing it nicely.
  • Add the cooked dal along with water, put a lid & cook till the veg become soft.
  • And fry it nicely so that it becomes dry done.
