Ingredients:
Tomato - 3(puree)
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Onion - 2(cut one onion length wise)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Corainder powder - 1 tsp
Dried kasthuri methis leaves - 1 tsp
Corainder leaves - Little
Paneer Tikka
Salt, Oil - As reqd

Note:
Add salt accordingly as we add salt in marination too.

Method:
- Marinate paneer for an hour, Refer the link and marinate.
- After an hour, tawa toast paneer and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Then add onion and saute till it turns in light brown color.
- Now add tomato puree, masala powders and required salt.
- Mix well, add water and let it boil till gravy thickens.
- Now add fresh cream and mix up.
- Finally add the toasted paneer and cook for 2 mins.
- Add the crushed dried kasoori methi leaves and stir it.
- Paneer tikka gravy is ready.
Note:
Add salt accordingly as we add salt in marination too.
