Ingredients:
All purpose flour -3/4 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Eggs -2
Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
Butterscotch Esc- 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl take flour and baking powder.
- In other bowl take eggs and blend till fluffy.
- Add sugar little by little and blend it.
- Now add butter to this and whip it.
- Add the flour mixture and mix it up.
- Finally add the esc and mix it up.
- Place liners in muffing tray.
- Pour this batter 3/4th in each cup.
- Preheat oven(OTG) at 180°C and bake for 20-25 mins
