Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Food Color - a pinch
Elachi powder - a pinch
Cashews - 5 (chopped)
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a microwave safe bowl add flour, sugar and water.
- Mix it nicely without lumps.
- Add elaichi powder and color and mix well.
- Now in microwave high for 3 mins.
- Roast the cashews in ghee and add to halwa.
- Also add a tbsp of ghee.
- If you want to slice it,then pop it for 1 more min.
- I topped it with nuts powder.
