Ingredients:
For Dough:
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Warm water - 1/3 cup
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Stuffing:
Chopped nuts (cashews, badam, pistachios) - 5tbsp
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl mix nuts and sugar and set aside.
- In a bowl add yeast,sugar,oil and warm water.
- Set aside till yeast is activated.
- Add it to flour, add salt and leave the dough to double up in size.
- Take your pizza dough and knead it to a thin rectangle.
- Now cut triangles out of it.
- At the lengthy base make a small cut in the middle.
- Sprinkle the nuts mixture and roll it up and press the end.
- Place a butter paper in baking tray .
- Place the crossiants and brush with oil.
- Preheat oven(OTG) at 250°C and bake for 15 mins.
- Now reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for 5 mins.

I used nuts powder for this recipe.
