Kalakand N Kesar Paneer Ladoo |
Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 g
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Milk powder - 1.5 tbsp
Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Pistachios - few (chopped)
Method:
- Cut the paneer, blend it and transfer to the bowl.
- Add condensed milk to this and mix well.
- Add sugar, milk powder and elaichi powder and mix well.
- Now heat a nonstick pan and add this mixture.
- Keep stirring till it thickens.
- Once it starts to thicken add ghee.
- Transfer this to a plate or bowl and smooth it.
- Top it with pistachios.
- Once it is set,slice it off.
Note:
It is easy as I used the store bought paneer.
