Ingredients:
For Dough:
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Warm water - 1/3 cup
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Topping:
Pizza sauce - As reqd
Capsicum - 1 (fine chopped)
Onion - 1 (fine chopped)
Oregano- 1 tbsp
Red Chilly flakes - 1 tbsp
Grated cheese - 5 - 6 tbsp
Olive Oil - As reqd
Method:
- In a bowl add yeast,sugar,oil and warm water.
- Set aside till yeast is activated.
- Add it to flour, add salt and leave the dough to double up in size.
- Take your pizza dough and knead it to a thin rectangle.
- Spread the pizza sauce leaving corners.
- Top it with onion, capsicum.
- Sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes.
- Cover it with grated cheese.
- Now carefully roll it and cling wrap.
- Refrigerate for 15 mins(optional).
- Remove the wrap,brush with oil and slice it.
- Place a butter paper in baking tray .
- Place the slices and brush with oil.
- Preheat oven(OTG) at 180°C and bake for 20-25 mins.
