Ingredients:
Badam - 6-8
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1-2 tbsp
Saffron Strands - 5-6
Method:
- In a bowl take badam and add hot water to this.
- Set this aside for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins peel the skin.
- Take this in mixer and add sugar and saffron strands.
- Add milk and blend this.
- In medium range boil the balance milk.
- Once it reduces add the grinded stuff.
- Mix well and once it starts to boil turn off.
- Garnish with grated badam and serve hot or chill as you wish.
Note:
You can add a pinch of elaichi powder while boiling milk.
