Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter - 40 g
Egg - 1
Vanilla Esc - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
For Dusting:
Sugar - 1- 2 tbsp
Cinnamom powder - 1 tsp
Method:
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup

Method:
- In a pan add butter, water, sugar and salt.
- Once it starts to boil, turn off the range.
- Add flour to this and mix well.
- Then add vanilla esc and then egg.
- Mix well and form a dough.
- Tranfer this to a icing bag with flower/star nozzle.
- Heat oil in pan and keep in medium flame.
- Pipe them and fry it.
- In a plate mix items under "for dusting".
- Roll the fried churros in and serve hot.
- You can also bake the same.
- Pipe them in a butter paper placed in a bakig tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven(OTG) at 220°C for 15-18 mins.
