Ingredients:
Manathakaali Keerai - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Tamrind - small piece
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Dry red chilly - 2
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
Manathakaali Keerai - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1
Urad dal - 2 tsp

Grated coconut - 2 tbsp

Method:
- Wash the greens and keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add urad dal.
- Once it changes in color, add chopped capsicum.
- Then add greens, tamrind, salt, chilly and saute well.
- Finally add grated coconut.
- Let this cool and then grind.
