Ingredients:
Egg - 4 (boiled)
Egg white - 1/2 cup
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilly - 2 (slit)
Red Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 3 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - Little
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Boil egg and remove the yellow part.
- Cut the whites into small pieces.
- Add ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and a tsp of garam masala.
- Add flour and bread crumbs and egg white and little salt.
- Mix this well.
- When you make a ball out of it, it should be firm.
- If not add flour and bring it to correct consistency.
- Heat oil in pan and deep fry these and set aside.
- Now heat a tbsp of oil and add curry leaves.
- Cook in medium flame.
- Once it splutters add green chilly, kashmiri chilly powder.
- Add a tsp of garam masala powder, little salt and mix well.
- Add red chilly sauce and mix up.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Add the fried eggs and toss well.
- Your spicu egg 65 is ready.
