Ingredients:
Paneer - 1/2 cup
Mixed Veg Thokku - 3 tbsp
Dosa Batter
Method:
- Blend paneer in a mixer and transfer to a bowl.
- Add the veg thokku and mix well and set aside.
- Make dosa as you do regularly.
- Place a scoop of paneer mix and spread.
- Cook in low range.
- Don't flip it.
- Serve with sambar or coconut chutney.
