Ingredients:
Carrot - 1/2 piece
Beetroot - 1/2 piece
Peerkangaai - 1/2 piece
Raw Mango - 1/2 piece
Beans - 2
Tamrind - small piece
Dry red chilly -3-5
Oil, Salt - As reqd
Temper - Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, curry leaves
Method:
- Cut all veggies into small pieces.
- Heat oil in pan and add all veggies.
- Saute for a while and transfer to plate.
- In same oil saute chillies and transfer to it.
- Add tamrind and salt and grind it to a paste.
- Heat oil in pan and add items under temper.
- Add this to thokku.
Note:
- The raw mango is the key ingredient.
- If it is pulipu then add tamrind acc.
- You can any veggies you have.
