Ingredients:
Whole Cashews - 1/2 cup
Badam - 1/2 cup
Pistachios - 2 tbsp
Green Elaichi - 3
Method:
- Dry roast the ingredients and set aside.
- Peel the elaichi skin and keep.
- Now grind this coarsely.
- Let it cool and store in a air tight container.
- Refrigerate it, stays good for 3 months.
- Don't grind for long time as badam leaves oil.
- And this will not give a coarse powder.
Uses:
- This can be mixed in cerelac and can be fed to babies above 10 month.
- Can be used in deserts, milkshakes etc.
