Ingredients:
Vallarai Keerai - 1 cup
Tamrind water - little (soak lemon size tamrind in water)
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar(naatu sakkarai) - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Salt,Oil - As reqd
Method:
Vallarai Keerai - 1 cup
Tamrind water - little (soak lemon size tamrind in water)
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Salt,Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Remove the bottom part of the stem from greens.
- Wash it nicely and grind it to a paste.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds and hing.
- Add the greens paste and saute till raw smell goes.
- Now add tamrind water and masala powders.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Cook till it attains thokku consistency.
