Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Red Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Cheese - 1 cup(grated)
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Pizza sauce
Method:
- Take the pizza dough and divide it.
- One big ball and one small size ball dough.
- Knead the bigger one and prick with fork.
- Leave the borders and sprinkle cheese.
- Knead the small size dough and prick it with fork.
- Place it over the bigger one and press it.
- Fold the corners throughout.it
- Now spread pizza sauce and top it with veggies.
- Sprinkle chilly flakes and oregano.
- Cover it with grated cheese.
- Drizzle oil over it and brush corners with oil.
- Preheat the oven(OTG) at 250°C and bake for 20 mins.
Note:
Make pizza dough as in link, but don't roll out.
