Stuffed Paneer Paratha


Ingredients:

For Stuffing:

Grated Paneer - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - Little (chopped)
Salt - Little
Oil/Butter - As reqd

For Dough:

Wheat flour - 3 cups
Water - 1 1/4 cups
Salt - 1 tsp

Method:
  • Take big size dough and make it like a cup.
  • Place a spoonful of stuffing and close it.
  • Now dust in flour and roll it such that stuffing does'nt come out.
  • Heat oil in pan and cook these parathas.
  • Serve with ketchup or pickle of your choice.
