Chettinaad Egg Curry Masala


Ingredients:

Eggs - 3
Bay Leaf - 1
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Chettinaad Masala - 1 tbsp
Corainder Leaves - Little
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd.

Method:
  • Boil eggs and cut into halves and keep aside.
  • In a pan heat oil and add 1/4 tsp of turmeric and chilly powder.
  • Fry the eggs (both sides) for 2 mins and keep aside.
  • Again heat oil in pan and add bay leaf.
  • Now add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
  • Add the tomato and cook till it becomes mushy.
  • Now add the masala powders,salt and a cup of water.
  • Let it boil for few 4-5mins.
  • Now add in the fried eggs and give a toss.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
