Ingredients:
Milk - 1 cup
Milkmaid - 1 tbsp
Milk powder - 2 tsp
Sugar - Little
Gelatin - 2 tsp
Pistachios - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Elaichi powder - pinch
Method:
Milk - 1 cup
Milkmaid - 1 tbsp

Method:
- Boil milk in a pan and add milkmaid, milk powder and sugar.
- stir well add cardamom powder,grated pistas and stir well.
- In a bowl add gelatin,mix with water.
- Add it in milk mixture and stir.
- Transfer to bowl and refrigerate for 2 hrs and serve the panacottas.
