Khoya (Sugarless)

Ingredients:

Milk - 1 L

Method:

  • Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.
  • Once it starts to bubble reduce the flame and keep stirring.
  • After say 10-15 mins it will start to thicken.
  • Now scrap the sides and keep stirring.
  • Once all the water evaporates and it will be non-sticky.
  • Now transfer this to a bowl and let it cool.
  • It will thicken more when it comes to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate and use this khoya when needed.
