Method:
- Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.
- Once it starts to bubble reduce the flame and keep stirring.
- After say 10-15 mins it will start to thicken.
- Now scrap the sides and keep stirring.
- Once all the water evaporates and it will be non-sticky.
- Now transfer this to a bowl and let it cool.
- It will thicken more when it comes to room temperature.
- Refrigerate and use this khoya when needed.
