Wheat Tutti Frutti Cake

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 1/4 cup
Brown Sugar - 1 cup + 1 tbsp (powdered)
Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Tutti Frutti - 1/2 cup

Method:




  • In a bowl add tutti frutti and little flour and toss well and set aside.
  • In other bowl add in wheat flour, baking soda, salt and corn flour.
  • In other bowl add sugar, milk, oil and esc and mix well.
  • Add in dry ingredients and fold.
  • Add in tutti frutti and fold well.
  • Pour this batter in greased pan (I used loaf tin).
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 35-38 mins.
