Corn Chaat


Ingredients:

Sweet corn - 1 cup (boiled)
Butter  1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/8 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd

Method:

  • Boil corn kernels in water for 5-6 mins.
  • Strain water and set aside.
  • Heat butter in pan and add corn kernels.
  • Saute for 2 mins and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add in spice powders and salt.
  • Squeeze lime juice and mix well.

Serve the yummy corn chaat.
