Ingredients:
Channa - 1/2 cup
Dry Redchilly - 2
Sesame seeds powder - 1 tbsp
Tamrind - small piece
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Oil,Salt, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Soak channa overnight and add water and pressur cook.
- Once pressure cooked strain water and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and roast a tbsp of sesame seeds.
- Add this to channa.
- In same oil dry roast chilly and tamrind.
- Add all these to a blender and add required salt.
- Blend this to a smooth paste by adding little water at a time.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds.
- Add this to channa chutney.
