Ingredients:
Egg - 3
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Corn kernels - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (fine chop)
Red Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Cut onion and tomato (deseed) and set aside.
- In a bowl add eggs and whisk well.
- Add in grated cheese and pepper powder and whisk well.
- Now in a non-stick pan, add butter.
- Add in onion and tomato and saute.
- Add in corns and mix up.
- Add in pizza sauce, required salt and mix up.
- Now add the egg mix and rotate.
- Sprinkle chilly flakes and seasoning.
- Cook in low flame for 2 mins or until base is set.
- Now bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 200°C for 8 mins.
- To have a crispy top bake this in broil mode for 2- 4 mins.
- Slice and enjoy the Italian fritatta.
