Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Green chilly - 2 (slit)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Water - 2 cups
Oil, Salt - As reqd
Method:
Rava - 1 cup
Onion - 1 (fine chop)

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Water - 2 cups
Oil, Salt - As reqd
Method:
- Dry roast rava and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
- Add in channa dal and curry leaves.
- Add in onion and saute for a while.
- Add in slit chillies and saute.
- Add 2 cups of water and let it boil.
- Add in required salt and mix well.
- Now add roasted rava little by little and keep stirring.
- Cover and cook in low flame.
- For max 10-12 mins.
- Serve with any spicy chutney or sugar.
