Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Karuvaepillai thokku - 3 tbsp
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
Groundnuts - 1 tbsp
Oil, Salt - As reqd
Method:
- Boil rice and transfer to a plate and spread with a fork.
- Heat oil in pan and add groundnuts and roast it.
- Add this to rice.
- Now add chana dal and roast and add it to rice as well.
- Add the thokku and mix well.
- Check for salt and if needed add accordingly.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of gingely oil and serve the yummy rice.
