Paneer Tandoori Roast


Ingredients:

Paneer - 200 g
Garlic - 2 (crushed)
Curd - 3 tbsp (thick curd)
Tandoori Chicken Masala - 2 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - a pinch
Lime Juice - 1/2 Limes
Salt - As reqd
Ghee - 4 tbsp

Method:

  • Cut paneer into cubes and immerse in hot water and set aside.
  • In a bowl add curd, masala powders, salt and lime juice.
  • Mix this well.
  • Add in paneer cubes to this marination and mix gently.
  • Set this aside for max 1 hour.
  • Heat ghee in pan and add crushed garlic.
  • Add in marinated paneer(don't break).
  • Give a toss and cook in low flame till it is roasted.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
