Curry Leaves Rice


Ingredients:

Rice - 1 cup
Curry Leaves podi - 3 tbsp
Cashews - 6-7
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:


  • Boil rice and set aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  • Add in channa dal, cashew and curry leaves.
  • Add this to rice.
  • Add the curry leaves podi and mix with fork.
  • Yummy Curry Leaves(Karuvaepillai) rice ready.
