Ingredients:
Bittergourd - 2
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Tamrind - small piece
Salt, Water, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Slice the bittergourd using chips cutter and set aside.
- In a bowl add water, add in jaggery and tamrind piece.
- Add in bittergourd and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
- Drain the water and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these.
- Add in salt and toss well.
- Goes good with rice varieties.
