Ingredients:
Instant coffee powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Method:
- In a bowl add coffee powder, sugar and wate.
- Whisk this vigorously till it is light and fluffy.
- Now take the serving glass.
- Pour in boiled and chilled milk.
- Top it with the cream we prepared.
- Your Dalgona coffee is ready.
Note:
- You can use chilled milk or use ice cubes while serving.
- You can make lots of variations with his.
- Like Hot Dalgona Coffee.
