Rice Flour Sponge Cake - Gluten Free Cake

Ingredients:

Rice flour - 50 g
Unsalted butter - 50 g
Sugar - 50 g
Egg - 1
Vanilla Esc - 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • In a bowl cream butter and sugar.
  • Add in egg and whisk well.
  • Add esc and then flour and fold well.
  • Pour this in a greased baking pan.
  • Dab it to remove air bubbles.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-22 mins.
  • Yields 5-6 slices.
