Ingredients:
Rice flour - 50 g
Unsalted butter - 50 g
Sugar - 50 g
Egg - 1
Vanilla Esc - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Rice flour - 50 g

Method:
- In a bowl cream butter and sugar.
- Add in egg and whisk well.
- Add esc and then flour and fold well.
- Pour this in a greased baking pan.
- Dab it to remove air bubbles.
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-22 mins.
- Yields 5-6 slices.
