Ingredients:
Step 1:
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Tomato - 4
Garlic - 4-5
Ginger - small piece
Green Chilly - 2
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Cashews - 7-8
Salt, Water - As reqd
Step 2:
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp (crushed)
Fresh cream - 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Little (Fine chop)
Method:
Step 1:
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Step 2:
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp (crushed)
Fresh cream - 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Little (Fine chop)
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add items(under step 1) one by one except water.
- Saute them nicely till tomato is mushy and all ingredients are blended together.
- Cook for app 4 mins in low flame.
- Add salt and blend to a fine puree.
- Now heat the pan and add puree and little water.
- Cover and cook in low flame for 8-10 mins.
- Transfer this to a bowl.
- Now heat butter and oil in pan.
- Add in chilly powder & coriander powder in step 2.
- Cook in very low flame.
- Add in sugar and then the makhani sauce.
- Add garam masala, crsuhed kasoori methi and mix well.
- Add fresh cream and cook in very low flame for 2-4 mins.
- Now the sauce is ready.
- I used this as pizza sauce in paneer makhani pizza.
- To serve as gravy you can add roasted paneer pieces to this.
