Milk - 1/2 L
Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Saffron strands - Little
Rose Esc - 2 drops
Thandai Masala - 1/4 cup
Method:
- Boil milk and set aside.
- Take a tbsp of warm milk and soak saffron strands.
- Add sugar and mix well to the boiled milk.
- Set this aside to cool.
- Now add thandai masala to the milk and mix well.
- Set aside for 15-20 mins.
- After the desired time strain the milk.
- Now add saffron milk and rose esc and mix well.
- Refrigerate it.
- While serving garnish with pistas and few saffron strands.
